Sucrose laurate is a nonionic surfactant synthesized by the esterification reaction between sucrose and lauric acid. It has good emulsifying, dispersing and solubilizing abilities and is widely used in cosmetics, food processing and other fields.
Sucrose Laurate is odorless, tasteless and non-toxic, it is the most suitable emulsification system with high safety requirements, such as food.
Sucrose Laurate is non-irritating to eyes and skin, so it can be used in lip and eye products in cosmetics.
Sucrose Monolaurate has excellent biodegradability and will not cause environmental pollution. Sucrose esters provide a full range of HLB values from 1 to 16, and all grades show good surfactant functional properties in the application.
