99% Alpha GPC Powder, also names L-A-glycerophosphorylcholine is a naturalcholine compound found in the brain and in milk. The most abundant foods of glycerol phosphatidylcholine are egg yolks and fish, especially sardines.
Alpha GPC Powder is also used as a nootropic dietary supplement to enhance memory and cognition.
