Vegetable squalene is a colorless or yellow transparent oily liquid with a pleasant smell. It absorbs oxygen and becomes sticky into linseed oil liquid, slightly soluble in ethanol and acetic acid, insoluble in water, and decomposable at 330ºC under normal pressure.
Vegetable squalene is a kind of lipid unsaponifiable substance, widely distributed in the body of most animals and plants. It was originally found in shark liver oil, also known as cod liver oil terpenes; Vegetable squalene, also known as squalene, is a colorless or yellow transparent oily liquid with a pleasant smell.
